What are referral jobs?
Referral jobs allow people to recommend job opportunities to candidates they know. If the referred candidate is hired, the referrer may receive a reward.
How does a referral work?
The referrer shares a referral link. The candidate decides whether to apply and submits their data directly on Refcruiter.
Does the referrer share the candidate's personal data?
No. Referrers do not share or upload any personal data of candidates. All data is submitted voluntarily by the candidate.
What personal data is processed?
Only data necessary for the recruitment process, such as CVs and contact details provided by the candidate during application.
Who processes the personal data?
Refcruiter processes personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with GDPR. Data is shared with the employer who published the job offer.
Is consent required to apply?
Yes. Candidates must provide consent for the processing of their personal data in order to submit an application. Consent can be withdrawn according to the Privacy Policy.
Does Refcruiter make hiring decisions?
No. Hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.
When is the referral reward granted?
The referral reward is granted only if the employer decides to hire the candidate.
Is participation in referral jobs mandatory?
No. Participation in referral jobs is completely voluntary.
